Job Description: • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Ensure food service and quality control • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys 2. Requirements: • Completion of Secondary School • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry • Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency) • Superior organizational skills • Able to work flexible days and hours 3.
