Connex Global Communications Inc. o/a PhoneBox is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Secreatry to assist our Sales and Marketing team.
We are wireless services provider with a goal of providing affordable and quality wireless services to students and visitors to Canada and USA.

The position

JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and evaluate the communication needs of PhoneBox; execute solutions to meet unique business needs in the telecommunication sector
• Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other trade events for the organization
• Compile and prepare communication materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for internal mailings and external events
• Source and manage new, current, and past leads with different type of management based on the priority and preferences of partners
• Create and support the new project involving lead generation of new partners and/or opportunities
• Fully understand transactional details of business processes and user experiences throughout
• Serve as a spokesperson for PhoneBox and respond to all written and oral inquiries
• Implement strategies aimed at informing prospective partners of the advantages of collaborating with PhoneBox; compose press releases after successfully securing these partnerships
• Prepare and oversee service agreements and new partnership contracts
• Initiate and maintain contact with media sources on new services and product launches
• Advise senior management on day-to-day workflows and requirements from Sales Team
• Create, and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Required skills and education
• Ability to multitask, and superior organizational and conflict-resolution skills
• An in depth understanding of working with Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in English
• Keen intercultural sensitivity and openness to dealing with staff of widely differing backgrounds
• Flexibility with schedule
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 2 years of experience required

Salary and Benefits

The position is hourly salaried and the rate is $25 per hour. The work hours will be 30 hours per week between Monday and Friday
There will be 4% vacation pay
