Restaurant Manager- Subway Radium


The 0805693 BC LTD. (o/a Subway Radium) is one of the world’s largest restaurant brands, serving up a crave-able menu with quality options to our millions of fans every day. We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $34.00 ~ $35.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 4921 Highway 93, Radium Hot Springs, BC V0A 1M0

Responsibilities:
 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
 Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
 Recruit staff and oversee staff training
 Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
 Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
 Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
 Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
 Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions
Requirement:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or at least 2+ years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience
