Job duties 1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service 2. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures 3. Recruit staff and oversee staff training 4. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance 5. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Terms of employment: Permanent full time Education: Completion of college program in a related field is preferred Wages: $27 per hour for 40 hours per week Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry Language: Written and verbal communication skills in English is required, knowledge of Mandarin is preferred as company is headquartered in China Benefits: Potential performance-based bonus, extended medical insurance Location of work: 6078 Silver Dr, Burnaby, BC V5H 0H5 Contact information: elena@dolarshop.com | |
