Job details Work/business location: 5640 Spring Garden Road, Suite B106, Halifax, NS, B3J 3M7, Canada Wage: $24.86 to $28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week Benefit: 4% Vacation pay Terms of Employment: Permanent employment / Full time / Day Starting Date: As soon as possible Vacancy: 1 Requirement Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Determine and establish office procedures and routines 2. Schedule and confirm appointments 3. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages 4. Answer electronic enquiries 5. Compile data, statistics and other information 6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory 7. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas 8. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information 9. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems 10.
