Job position: Office Administrator (NOC 13100) - Permanent and Full-time Vacancy: 1 Business Legal Name: ONIKON Creative Inc. Working Location: 10330, 152 Street, Surrey, BC V3R 4G8 Canada Salary: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour (To be negotiated) Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (To be determined) Job duties: - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and evaluate and implement new methods to improve workflow and efficiency - Establish work priorities, assign tasks to office staff, and ensure deadlines and procedures are met - Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, workspace organization, and maintenance - Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and draft internal correspondence and manuals - Support budgeting and inventory control processes, and assist in the preparation of financial documentation - Analyze administrative operations and provide recommendations for process improvement - May supervise support staff, records management staff, or contractors as needed - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards Qualifications: • Completion of secondary school is required • A college diploma or university degree in business administration or a related field is preferred • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or senior clerical role • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application, including a resume and cover letter, to onikonsurrey@gmail.com | |
