Tall Guy Painting Inc. is a team of professional painters led by 3rd generation painter Jeff Girard, offering indoor and outdoor painting services. Now we are looking for experienced painter-foremen who are willing to join our lovely team! Employer: Tall Guy Paintings Inc. Position: Painter Foreman Number of vacancies: 2 Main Duties: -Supervise skilled painters, assign subordinate painters to work details, and inspect work in progress upon completion to ensure that it meets required standards. - Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies -Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments. -Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality -Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies - Prepare work progress reports - Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers. Qualification: - Completion of secondary school - 2+ years of experience as a painter foreman - Post-secondary education would be an asset.
