Job Description • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service • Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally • Maintain quality control for all food served • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports 2. Requirements • Completion of Secondary School • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry • Front and back of house experience is a plus • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service • Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency) 3.
