We are located in North Road, Coquitlam BC. We serve fully authentic Korean Cuisine. We are open Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am – 09:30 pm and we are always trying to provide the best quality of food and service to our lovely customers. Now we are looking for an experienced full-time cook position. Job Title: Full-time Cook Vacancy: 2 Employer: Wang Ga Ma Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Wang Ga Ma Restaurant) Working Location: 450 – 329 North Road, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8. Wage: $16.75~$18.00 per hour and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year. Work hours: 30~40 hours per week. <Duties> - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. - Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. - Inspect kitchens and food service areas. - Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. - Order supplies and equipment. - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. - Clean kitchen and workstation. - Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required. < Requirements > - Education: Completion of secondary school is required. - Experience: More than 2 years of cooking experience or completion of other programs in cooking. - Cooking experience of Korean-style food would be an asset. < How to apply > By email at info.wanggama@gmail.com Please send your resume through email with “Cook Position” in the subject line.
