Documentation Management: Reviewing and revising documentation in both Spanish and English, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards and company policies. 3. Legal Expertise: Utilizing your legal knowledge and background to analyze agreements, contracts, and legal documents, identifying potential risks and providing recommendations for mitigation. 4. Business Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business plans and initiatives to support the growth and efficiency of our operations. 5. Financial Oversight: Managing budgets and financial resources, optimizing expenditures, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. 6. International Operations: Travel to Mexico and the United States as needed to oversee and coordinate business activities, partnerships, and projects in these regions. 7. Human Resources: Overseeing administrative functions related to human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. 8. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Terms of employment: Permanent full-time. Language of work- English Qualifications: • As an International Business Services Manager with mining supply chain expertise, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing various aspects of our global mining operations. Your legal expertise, language proficiency, and specialized knowledge of mining supply chains will be instrumental in our organization's success. • A bachelor’s degree in business studies or a related field. • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is preferred for effective documentation review and communication. • Legal background and knowledge, including experience in analyzing contracts and agreements an important asset. • Proven managerial experience, with excellent leadership and decision-making skills. • Supply chain experience within the mining industry, demonstrating an understanding of mining supply chains, procurement strategies, and related processes. • Willingness to travel internationally, specifically to Mexico and the United States. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
