BC, V6E 3Z3 Start Date of Employment: Immediately Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent academic diploma/ degree • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a licensed public practice articling firm at a high level. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Caseware, and QuickBooks Online • Strong attention to detail; • Ability to assess financial data and apply technical analysis on financial statement captions; • Proficient in English and ability to provide strong client service Job Description: • Conduct audit, assurance, and financial reporting engagements, working individually or as part of a team; • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control; • Work with audit partners for timely completion of audit engagement; • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems and prepare financial information; • Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures; • Be accountable and committed to your own self-learning and development; • Be a team player and be respectful to all members of our office; • Strong communication skills – both written and verbally – with the firm’s staff and partners.
