H&L Company Consultant is based in Vancouver, BC. Established in 1997, we provide customers with services related to education, and student referrals to schools in Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative assistant to join our team!

Position: Full-time Administrative Assistant (NOC Code: 13110)
-Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
-Determine and establish office procedures
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
-Record and prepare minutes of meetings
-Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Completion of one or two-year college or other program for administrative assistant would bean assets.
- Previous office experience of 2+ years is required.
- English Writing and Speaking Skills are required.
-Proficiency in another language is considered an asset (Korean, Chinese, or Filipino)
Wage: $24.00 ~ $25.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year
