Resolving QuickBooks Crashes by Renaming Configuration Files
QuickBooks relies on .ND and .TLG configuration files to open company data. If these files are damaged, QuickBooks may crash instantly. Renaming them forces QuickBooks to recreate fresh versions automatically. Locate the company file folder, rename .ND and .TLG by adding “.old” at the end, and then reopen QuickBooks.
