At Kabuki Sushi, we are proud to show our customers a craftsmanship by providing precisely and artistically crafted sushi rolls, sashimi, and noodles using the freshest and high-quality ingredients. We are looking for a full-time cook who would like to join our team. Employer: Chef Cho Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Kabuki Sushi) Position: Cook Vacancy: 2 Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. - Prepare food for customers with allergies or intolerances with certain ingredients. - Train and monitor kitchen helpers for better assistance of cooks and the chef. - Oversee and manage kitchen operations. - Determine size of food portions being served to customers. - Ensure the inventory is filled up with sufficient supplies, food, and equipment. - Maintain the hygiene of kitchen area and workstation. - May plan menus such as seasonal menus in accordance with our guidelines. Requirement: - Completion of secondary school is required. - 2 years or more experience as a cook is required . - Japanese-style cook experience could be an asset.
