Looking for an Assistant Manager(full-time) for Squamish Samurai Sushi! Employer: Squamish Samurai Sushi (operated by Squamish Sushi Inc.) Position: Assistant Manager Position Available: 1 Working Conditions: • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time • Wage: $36.60 per hour • Working hours: 30-40 hours per week • Working locations: o 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2 o #120-1200 Hunter Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G8 Benefits: • Extend medical and dental after 3 months (full-time worker) • Free staff meal when on duty • Vacation and Sick days will be given based on BC Employment Standards. Responsibilities: • Assist in managers and owners for the planning on targets, seasonal promotions, work schedules, inventory managing, and hiring etc. • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. • Control and monitor inventory and place orders for daily business. • Assist in building staff work schedules for managers and owners. • Participate in hiring meetings and interviews. • Oversee staff training and coach based on their performance. • Resolve customer complaints. • Make sure health and safety regulations are followed. • Training newly hired staff regarding duties etc., if required.
