Our restaurant is located on Granville Island, Vancouver. We fully serve a wide range of daily a La
carte menus with a wide range of breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and casual lounge sections. We
have assembled an amazing team of kitchen and service staff. We are looking for an experienced
full-time Cook position.

Employer: Dockside Brewing Co. LTD (Dockside Restaurant)
Position: Cook.
Vacancy: 2
Wage: $17.62 ~ $22.50 per hour.
Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week.
Working (Business) Location: 1253 Johnston Street Vancouver, BC V6H 3R9.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
- Cook complete various foods according to our recipe.
- Order or receive menu after checking the best qualities.
- Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.
- May clean kitchen and work area.

Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school.
- 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling and so on.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
