Employer: Fine Point Education Services Ltd. operating as Potts Education Studio Job Position: Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110) Vacancy: 1 Business/Working Location: #1015-8766 McKim Way, Richmond, BC, V6X 4G4 Canada Working conditions: - Wage: $25/hour - Working hours: 30-40 hours per week - Benefits: 4% of vacation pay and 10 days of paid vacation - Term of Employment: Full-time and Permanent position Job Duties: - Answer and direct phone calls. -Organize and schedule appointments with clients. -Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. -Assist to prepare presentations. -Maintain a filing system. -Update and maintain office policies and procedures. -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. -Maintain contact lists. -Provide general support to educators and other staff. Requirement: - Completion of a Secondary School is at least required. Completion of one- or two-year college program is usually preferred, - Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role within a clerical setting is preferred. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure.
