Dear Sir/Madam, We are glad to offer you a job position with our company, TOP-TOYS International Private Company. We need someone to work for the company as a Representative/Book keeper in Different Countries. This is in view of our not having an office presently in Different Countries Worldwide. You don't need to have an Office and this certainly won't disturb any form of work you have going at the moment. Our Company specializes in importation and exportation of professionally handled toys and light industrial products. Our company possesses the ability of designing toy products, making models and organizing production with a number of co-operative factories, Order processing, marketing, monitoring and process flow are seamlessly integrated through a company-wide computer network. We are therefore pleased to inform you that vacancies exist in our foreign department as offshore representatives. We would be very glad if you accept to be appointed as our representative in your country and earn 10% of every payment made through you to our office. Subject to your satisfaction you will be given the opportunity to correspond with our customer (s). About the job: We have sales representatives all over the world to distribute our products. It's a known fact, that it's not easy to start a business in a new market. There are hundreds of competitors, close direct contacts between suppliers and customers and other difficulties, which impede our sales promotion. We have decided to deliver the products upfront, it's very risky but it would push up sales by 25 percent. Unfortunately we are unable to open a Bank Accounts in the in Countries without first registering the company name. Presently with the amount of Orders we have, we cannot put them on hold for fear of loosing the customers out rightly. We lose about 75,000 USD of net income each month because we have money transfer delays. Your task is to coordinate payments from customers and help us with the payment process. You are not involved in any sales or marketing. Once orders are received and sorted we deliver the product to the customer (usually through FedEx). The customer receives and checks the products. After this has been done the customer has to pay for the products. We have decided to open this new job position for solving this problem. Your tasks are: 1. Receive payment from Customers ( you are to accept payment from clients via wire transfers or credit card to credit card transfers or A Cashiers Cheque these are the only acceptable forms of payment). 2. Deduct 10% (percent) This will be your commission/pay on each Payment processed 3. Forward balance after deduction of commission/pay to any of the offices you will be contacted to send payment. We understand that this job position is very challenging and you should understand it. We are looking only for persons who satisfy our requirements and will be an earnest assistant. We envisage 3-7 work hours per week. You'll have a lot of free time to attend to other endeavours, you'll earn a good income and a regular job. We would be glad to offer you this job position.
