
Shoulder Pain | |
This is a must if you have shoulder pain. I am speaking from experience as I am just in my 8th week post surgery. In 2003 I was doing some extreme training involving pushups and I started noticing slight shoulder pain, not real bad just enough to bother you. Well of course I just ignored it and over the years it just got worse and worse to the point that when I would wake up in the morning I could hardly lift my arm. After splitting fire wood in 2008 It got so bad that I could not even swing a hammer. This is not good for a carpenter. I finally went to the doctor and he ordered a MRI and sure enough I had a torn rotator cuff and a torn labrum. If I had not ignored the problem when it was just a slight bother or run across this information in the link then I might not have had to go through surgery in the first place. If you think you have a shoulder problem at all I would recommend this at least taking a look at this site. I am talking from experience this could not only save you a lot of money, but it could also save you a lot of pain. Not to mention the time off work. | |
