The Inside Sales Organization is the hub of our client’s North American sales model. Territories are assigned either geographically, or vertically. On average, reps are expected to spend 50 - 75% of their time cold calling for net new business. Some reps may be required to work staggered hours depending on time zone covered. All inside reps are located in the head office in Mississauga, Ontario. This Company’s environment is high energy and entrepreneurial. Selling Model… The selling model is 100% indirect through channel partners. The inside rep also works closely with the channel organization to assist in closing business (e.g. joint end user webex presentations). Goals… Each rep is responsible to achieve an individual territory quota which is assigned by quarter. Reps are expected to have the ability to create basic scripts and territory penetration plans in conjunction with the Company’s value proposition and varied offerings to produce business within their assigned territory. Inside reps must build and maintain excellent relationships with their partners in order to be successful. They are expected to be knowledgeable of all current marketing programs and be able to leverage marketing offerings into their sales plans to assist in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate… • Bachelors Degree • Demonstrated quota achievement specifically in technology sales • Security and Compliance experience a plus. • Extremely comfortable on the phone and cold-calling • Highly energetic, positive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment • Successful in a channel centric sales delivery model • Ability to speak either French or Spanish would also be an asset | |
