I am looking for a room mate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in the McCowan/Lawrence, Scarborough area. Located right at the interection, across from the Scarborough General Hospital. The location is perfect, situated across the street is a handy plaza. Bus stops available at all corners. 5 minute bus ride to Scarborough Town Centre, where the Kennedy Rt. (subway) is, and also, it's a 5 min. bus ride to the Cederbrae Mall. I am looking for male or female. It's $125.00 per wk. and you can have the option of renting bi-weekly or mthly. The first and last is required. So, if you choose bi-weekly, it will be $500.00 to move in and if you choose mthly, it will be $1000.00 to move in. It will include heat, hydro, cable, and internet.
