Job Site Managers and Painters are the face of College Pro to homeowners, and, we have built our reputation by hiring selectively and training thoroughly. Applicants must be conscientious, reliable and hardworking. Skills you’ll learn that will serve you long after the summer ends: · Responsibility · Teamwork · Customer service · Time management · Leadership Job Site Manager Job Description: · Managing the overall job site · Leading our customer relations with homeowners, and ensuring a great customer experience · Leading the crew through project completion in a timely fashion · Keeping track of all job site supplies · Overseeing the safety of all of the workers on the job site · Tracking the hours of all the painters Painter Job Description: · Attend training sessions on painting, safety, and customer service · Able to do physical labor outside, including climbing and moving a ladder · Follow College Pro’s safety policies · Responsible for traveling to different job sites. College Pro does not provide transportation. · Responsible for the prep work and applying the finish coat to a home in a professional manner. Prep work includes washing, scraping, priming, caulking, and puttying surfaces. The finish coat includes brushing and rolling paint on siding, shingles, decks, fences, doors, and windows. · Complete all workmanship in a professional manner · Loading and unloading equipment and supplies from job to job · Morning and evening set up and take down of supplies and equipment · Daily job site clean-up including brushes and rollers · Maintaining a good working relationship with the franchisee.
