Brief Job Outline • Provide domain expertise in Incident Management using Peregrine (HP Openview) v6.1. • Undertake requirement management (Collate, Analyze, Validate, translate) for Maintenance project. • Develop functional solution based on requirements. • Prepare, review and execute Integration test plans. • Status tracking and reporting . • Knowledge sharing with other resources in IT delivery team (offshore). Key Result Areas • Understanding Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) using Global Delivery Model (GDM). • Functional solution and issue resolution. • Deliverables (Requirements, KT documents, other client deliverables).
