Under direct supervision. You re to record Moderately complex customer problems depending on the product complained about. You re also to accurately record and transfer all records of products complained about and their problems to the head office for proper assesment and correction. You will also need to work AT LEAST 10 hours per week; however you could work up to 24 hours per week, thanks to the flexibility of choosing your shifts fortnightly in advance. On top of this, you are also required to be available for at least 3 months, plus you could work toward going permanent. The hours of work you are able to select from are: MON-FRI – 1:30-5PM MON-FRI - 5:30-9PM SATURDAY- 10AM -1:30PM SATURDAY- 2PM - 5:30PM | |
