Being an essential service, our call centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week year round. Due to the nature of the business, applicants must be flexible as schedules may change as required to meet the needs of the business. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Inbound calls • Outbound calls (no sales) Required Applicant Credentials: Computer literate (comfortable using computer hardware and software) Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to talk and type simultaneously) Flexibility Strong customer service skills (call centre background a bonus) Please be advised that we will only contact the individuals that meet the position requirements. | |
