From the pic and the description this sounds like a great home. Can't believe it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, NICE! I know that area and it is a nice beach!

WOW, very nice house!

I had the opportunity to visit this home and saw it in person. It is really beautiful. Very custom work here, owners spent a lot of money on this house. Lots of attention to detail. Beautifully furnished. And, it is just a block away from a beautiful beach.
