Full Job Description: Our clients are currently looking to recruit experienced Finance Assistants and Bookkeeper ,who will be their finance assistant,bookkeeper,HO rep and administrator for their company to form synergy with their regional office DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Inter-company and Bank Reconciliations • Documenting and banking of cheques • Preparation of a selection of bank reconciliations on a monthly basis • Organization and copying of all bank statements on a monthly basis • Bookkeeping and analysis of information • Sales - Banking and Financial Services • Home office representative • Communicating with Finance Department regarding payment and helping to reconcile amounts when due in the US • Immediate processing of any transaction made on your database • Updating and maintainance of receipt schedules. Requirements Qualified candidates should possess: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Strong Desire to Succeed • Ability to Close New Accounts • Strong Interpersonal Skills Starting salary is $5000 depending on work activities done with incentives attached to total monthly package This is an opportunity to develop yourself professionally.
