Bachman Machine CO is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk for its East Bay office. We are searching for a self-motivated individual whose duties include but are not limited to: · Data Entry · Accounts Payable · Accounts Receivable · Reconciliations · Collections · Filing and Maintaining Files · Strict adherence to keeping information confidential · Candidate must be flexible and willing to accept other duties as the need arises. Requirements: · Good computer skills- including QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook · 2 – 4 years previous office, A/R, and A/P experience · College degree preferred · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Pleasant telephone demeanor · Strong math skills · Must be organized, detailed and have the ability to multi-task · Good follow-up skills · Mature, responsible, reliable and eager to learn · Positive attitude Benefits: We can offer the successful candidate a competitive salary, 9 paid holidays, 10 days of paid vacation time plus sick leave, medical/dental, life/long-term disability insurances and 401(k) Plan with employer matching. | This poster has placed ads all over the place, in different cities, sometimes using erroneous phone numbers. They've used bachman_machine@yahoo, bachmanmachine@yahoo, and bachmanmachine@aol.com for reply emails, none of which is for Bachman Machine Co. Obviously a scam to get private info. |
