I have 2 rooms available for rent. Price: $650/month each room. I'm quiet, work on a call basis, live in a 3 bdrms./2 full baths. townhouse fully furnished, close to Simonston Park, HWYs 404,401,407 & 7. Intersection is: Steeles Ave. East & Don Mills Rd. Located in Thornhill (town of Markham). The house is right behind "Shops on Steeles & 404" mall (back door of mall is less than 1 min. walking). Walking steps from Scotiabank, TD Bank, Sears outlet, Food Basics, Wine Rack, Pharmacy, Post Office, Montana's, Tim Horton's, restaurants, convenience store and many others, and steps to TTC stops. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. About the house: All carpeted, air conditioning, central heating and hydro included. Here you're going to have peace and quiet. The two of you will share 1 full bathroom, as I have my own. You will share with me the laundry room (washer & dryer), kitchen (microwave, blender, coffee maker, fridge, stove and small oven) and living room and there's also a small storage inside the house. About the rooms for rent: They are on the 3rd floor of the house, not furnished, carpeted, private, quiet, clean, bright, spacious, large windows with blinds and closet with hangers, shoe rack and little stool. TV cable ready in each room (Rogers VIP basic package) and phone jack. During summer you can use the outdoor pool in the complex (very close to the house). Most of time I'm home, I'm easy going and have 2 small puppies who are very friendly and happy. They are always with me, wherever I am in the house and they don't know danger or agression. I'm looking for 2 reliable people (working adults only), who can pay monthly rent in time (1st of every month).
