Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada is a sales and field marketing solutions agency that utilizes our considerable expertise, proven best practices and leading-edge technology to execute brand relevant selling, merchandising and event marketing programs across all retail channels and business-to-business. We are currently hiring for a permanent part-time Software Retail Sales Representative to work on behalf of our client, Intuit Canada. Intuit is a leader in the small business accounting and tax preparation software market. Intuit develops and markets software products that enable individuals, professionals and small businesses to automate their financial lives. This program is a fun, dynamic in-store experience, which motivates and encourages the participation of consumers in the demonstration of a range of Intuit software products including Quick Books, Quicken, Quick Tax, Profile and Intuit WillExpert. Reps need to be aware that coverage cycles change. For the months of april to june there will be 7,5 hours / month, there will be a hiatus in July, for the months of August to December there will be 15 hours / month and for the months of January to march there will be 30 hours / month. The Mosaic Software Retail Specialist will be responsible for : Conducting regular store visits to key retail partners within an assigned geographical territory during specified hours. Training all Retail Sales Specialists on new software promotions and new product features and benefits. Provide ongoing product training, merchandising and sales support. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers (store managers, department managers) within each retail outlet via regular call coverage and working closely with these key store contacts to maximize sales. Identify any potential opportunities in store for cross-merchandising, incremental displays and special events. To greet, assess and proactively respond to customer's sales needs, creating a dynamic and memorable in-store experience for customers. To pre-sell upcoming promotional campaigns to ensure strong store level support, and gain commitments regarding positioning of POP, demo stands etc. Candidate Profile : Strong retail experience and customer service orientation Sales oriented approach and an understanding of Needs Based Selling Ability to interact and present product information to consumers in an educational manner Familiarity and enthusiasm with computer and software products On-going management of technical product knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience training individuals and groups, strong presentation skills Qualifications: Flexible for part time hours (Average hours will be 8 to 12 per week between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm) Email and internet access Computer savvy Training and presentation skills Organizational and planning skills Access to a vehicle nterested candidate please send in you resume to renee.valcourt@mosaic.com indicating the position youre applying for.
