Hearts Of Oak Contracting Limited is looking for four (4) Sheet Metal Workers to join our growing team! Business address: 21 – 30 Capilano Way New Westminster BC V3L 5M3 Title of the position- Sheet Metal Workers (NOC 72102) Job duties: 1. Read engineering and architectural drawings, sketches and work specifications to be performed, and lay out, measure and mark sheet meta! according to drawings or templates 2. Operate light metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, punches, and drill presses, welding machine to cut, bend, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal 3. Operate computerized laser or plasma cutting equipment to cut sheet metal 4. Install duct work for HVAC systems 5. Fit and Join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding. soldering and similar equipment to fabricate products such as ventilation shafts, exhaust hoods, eaves troughs, partition frames, air and heat ducts, material handling systems, roof decking 6. Install sheet metal products according to specifications 7. Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces 8. Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications. Terms of employment: Permanent full time; Language of work- English Wages- $30.51 per hour for 35 hours per week Work Experience: 2 years of experience as a metal sheet worker is required Please email your resume at adam@faema.cc | |
