We offer a delightful combination of Japanese and Korean cuisine, serving fresh and delicious dishes. We are looking for a Cook who would like to join our team. Employer: OneJC Sushi & Korean Ltd. (o/a Dami Sushi & Korean Restaurant) Position: Full-time Cook Vacancy: 2 Wage: $18.00 ~ $19.00 per hour Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week. Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year. Working (Business) Location: 3280 E 22nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5M 2Y9 Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods - Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers - Oversee kitchen operations - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - May clean kitchen and work area - May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Requirement: - Completion of secondary school - 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required. - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.) - Ability to work as a team How to Apply: by E-mail: info.damisushi@gmail.com.
