Moody Glazing Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction, engineering and industrial digitization. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale projects in the commercial construction sector with a focus on towers and institutional buildings Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects 2. Act as the head of projects or lead, overseeing the full lifecycle from feasibility to development and commissioning. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, general contractors, architects, trades people and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes. 4. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. 5. Drive digital transformation initiatives and implement software-driven analytics 6. Act as a technical engineering lead and support for the installation crew on large projects, providing expertise and guidance to the project team. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Tier-1 customers, anchor customers, and regulatory bodies. 8. Oversee the operational planning and resourcing 9. Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure efficient project execution and quality deliverables. 10. Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. 11. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. 12. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations in the energy and industrial digitization sectors, driving innovation and continuous improvement. 13. Estimating new jobs, and ability to read architectural drawings Qualifications and Experience: 1. Internationally recognized Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. MBA accredited by both the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) and the North American Association of MBA (AMBA). 3. Proven track record of managing and delivering large projects 4. Extensive experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets and timelines. 5. Strong expertise in initiating and delivering digital transformations 6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 7. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. 8. Ability to travel internationally as required.
