Looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator! Employer: Skyllen Pacific Real Estate Ltd. Job Location: #430-1650 W 2nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 1H4 Position: Marketing Coordinator (Permanent, Full-time) Positions Available: 1 Wage: $30.00~35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week Job Duties: • Develop marketing strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising. • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data monthly, quarterly, and annually, and participate in the meetings with owner and marketing manager, if needed. • Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, and a database of potential agents and clients. • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns. • Implement marketing plans that include print and online content. • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage. • Develop and manage all internal communication systems. • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences. • Assist in the preparation/creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material. Qualifications: • Post-secondary diploma or degree • At least one year of relevant work experience • Effective communication skills in English (listening, speaking, writing) • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines How to Apply: • Please send your resume by Email: HR@skyllenpacific.com | |
