Seeking Pizzaiolo (pizza cooks) for a busy wood fire pizzeria. We have two locations (1510 Commercial Drive, Vancouver & 4022 Hastings Street, Burnaby). No. of positions: 2 ( Two) Duties Prepare and cook pizzas in the Neapolitan style Preparation of additional food as required in the kitchen Clean kitchen and work areas Organize food stations Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Oversee kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen helpers Requirements Experience in busy kitchen or completion of apprenticeship/cooking program is preferred One-two years of commercial cooking experience is preferred Ability to work quickly and handle high volumes Ability to communicate in English High school or equivalent Salary & Benefits • $21.50 Hour • 35 hours per week • 2 weeks paid holidays • Permanent – Full-time position • Language of work is English Company: 1028475 B.C.
